Do I need a dedicated "claims person” to make the most of ClaimsIMPACT™?
No. ClaimsIMPACT™ is designed to make it simple for any agency team member to monitor claims and keep claims information up to date.

How is ClaimsIMPACT™ licensed?
ClaimsIMPACT™ is licensed per agency location. There will be an annual cost for the software license that allows its continual use, as well as access to support and updates.

What is the cost of the upgrades?
Upgrades are included with your license fee.

What if we need technical support?
If you need technical support, email support@compimpact.com or call us at (800) 914-1722 between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM ET. You will receive a response within 24 hours.

Who developed the software?
The software was created, designed and built by CompRESCUE LLC with assistance from The Institute of WorkComp Professionals (IWCP) and field tested by Certified WorkComp Advisors. IWCP trains, tests and certifies insurance professionals to become Workers’ Compensation experts.

How much does ClaimsIMPACT™ cost?
There are two pricing levels; one for Certified WorkComp Advisors and one for everyone else. Because of their commitment to the IWCP process and their level of training, Advisors receive a steep discount. The cost for Advisors is $997/yr. For all others, the cost is $1997/yr.

What if I buy ClaimsIMPACT™ and I don't like it?
You have an unconditional 30-day money back guarantee. If during the first 30 days you decide it doesn't work for any reason, we'll refund your money.

Why isn't ClaimsIMPACT™ an online service?
Securing data is critical today, especially medical information. Over time, it is our intent to implement the system online.
